How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.

I can't imagine a summer without my Thigh Savers! They are so light and thin it truly feels like wearing nothing at all. Giving four stars because their incredible smoothness makes them impossible to wear under tights or pantyhose, which just slip down. I also wish the pad had some "wings" going down the inside of the legs for improved leak protection.
