Size and Fit Guide
How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Absolutely my favorite sleep shorts! It’s like wearing nothing. I wear them even when I’m not on my period. 🙃
NHNicole H.Verified BuyerReviewingSuper Leakproof Dream Short* - Rated 5 out of 5 stars3 days agoGreat Product
I got these using my Knix Points. I am so glad. I used this today to play 2hrs of pickleball. I often go right from the gym to pickleball and these super absorbant and comfy shorts are amazing. The waist is high and comfortable and it did not feel at all bulky under my leggings. I used these for incontinence. So if anyone out there is wondering.... these are great for those days where you are sweating and moving alot. I'll be getting a couple more pairs.

I love the dream shorts for all day wear. They stay in place, they don’t crawl which makes them perfect for daily activities. The padding is the perfect length for coverage. Being a mature adult (53) these provide more comfort and confidence than pads.
