How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I would prefer heavy leakproof coverage in the boy short but that isn't available so I ordered the dream short. It's fairly comfortable and the leakproof coverage is great.

I've had these for quite a while now and I love the fit, comfort and washability of the dream short, however, if, like myself you're prone to chafing and very sweaty, the seams will separate if you you an anti-chafe product while wearing these. Wish they were at least a bit sewn, not just glued.

I’ve been wearing these for several years now and I love them. They do fall apart after a couple of years. The stitching around the pad breaks. I weigh 128 pounds in ordered the mediums and they’re too small and therefore uncomfortable I’m buying the large in the next order. The ones I ordered initially are larges and they fit so much better.
