How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.

As a brand I adore Knix, but I keep trying their underwear in various forms and I am disappointed every time. I was hoping that these being really high waist would stay put, but unfortunately not. I am XXL, they fit perfectly, but the combination of material and my dry-ish skin means that they constantly slide down my body as I move. I bought clothing tape to even try to keep them in place for critical times I absolutely need to wear these, but again, the material doesn't stick that well, so, down they go. A little bead of whatever is used for stay-up thigh high stockings would be AMAZING and solve all my problems, but I am likely in the minority on this issue.
