How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Am so disappointed int h thigh savers. I have bought some from another competitor. The Knix one came with high expectations. They keep rolling down making them not great. I think the issue is that you can't wear them with knix panties which makes no sense to me.
will not be buying them again.

The 6" Thigh Saver is a must for hot weather. The light as a feather fabric keeps you cool while you save the chafe. I bough the shorter ones, which are great for moderate weather but the 6" ones are a live saver in the summer. Get outside and walk, bike, whatever, in the heat. Buy a bunch!

These thigh savers are a must for summer dress season. They are light, comfortable and fabric doesn’t stick or ride up ever. I have them in sand as well. Love them! ( Mine have no leakproof abilities so coverage and effectiveness is moot.)

So i loved my thigh savers more than any other ones i have, however, the crotch was just glued together and has ripped open (the centre piece has detached). They still fit great and i have sewn it in place but it's an example of good money paid for shoddy construction.
