How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

So i loved my thigh savers more than any other ones i have, however, the crotch was just glued together and has ripped open (the centre piece has detached). They still fit great and i have sewn it in place but it's an example of good money paid for shoddy construction.

I have not had thigh chafing issues, but wanted to try these to see how well they did for moisture wicking on hot days. They worked so well and it's a relief not to walk around feeling like you have sweaty wet underwear all day. I took these on a trip with me and it was 95° every day and these worked perfectly. I like that they did not cut into my thighs or stomach. They also did not absorb odor. I am so impressed, I am buying more.

I love the thighsaver 6”. The only thing I think would make them better is if the leg seams were more toward the inside of the leg or even the back. I like to wear them under pants but you can see the seams in the front, which I don’t like.
