Can I return or exchange my bra if it is the incorrect size?

All Knix Bras, Tops (including Bodysuits), Shapewear, and Pads are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. That’s because we want to make sure you give your new Knix products time to mold to your shape and reach their peak comfort.

Do what you want to do in them and wash them as much as you like. If you find the fit still isn’t right, message us to get a personal fit consultation before returning for the right size.

What are your wired and wireless bras made of?

Most Knix bras, including the Revolution V-Neck Bra and the WingWoman Contour Bra, are made with bonding technology designed to create a comfortable seamless feel and solid support without using an underwire. Most of our wireless and wired bras are made of a nylon and spandex blend.

How do I wash my wireless or wired bra?

Washing your wireless or wired bra is easy. For best results, machine wash on cold with mild detergent in a wash bag, and lay flat to dry. Always check the wash instructions on your specific bra though. If you’ve purchased the FreeFlex, make sure to hand wash it with cold water and lay flat to dry.
