How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Hello. This product is okay, but not great. I wish it truly sculpted my shape by reaching up to the natural waist (where it goes in) and by reaching all the way down to my knees to fully slim my thighs as well as my waist. It doesn't do either of these things. So, it kind of just leaves you lumpy looking as it hits mid-belly and mid-thigh. I rarely find good shapewear that fully sculpts the waist, hip, and thigh area as a whole. I think we should be able to find that at the price I paid for this one rather than draining my pocket for a decent piece of shapewear. At least it is good for period days, right? I just need to wear a loose dress with these rather than a slim dress unfortunately. Thanks...

I love wearing these under all my skirts and dresses and sometimes a slightly sheer pant. They're great at staying up and light weight. I do wish they didn't ride up my thigh as much but sizing up would make them too large on my waist. My gripe however, is with the seams around the gusset. Like several other pairs of underwear and shorts from knix, the glue gives out and I'm left with a ridiculous scrap of fabric. A few tiny stiches would go a long way in keeping garments from falling apart. I've hand washed, done delicate cycles in the machine. Always cool/ cold water and every time, the glue just dies. For the price, I expect them not to come apart at the seams... literally.

Love the feel of the shorts, comfortable around waist but about a minute of walking in them and the waist rolls down. Constantly trying to hike them back up, given up several times and taken it off while out. I gave jt a couple of tries and now it’s money wasted and won’t wear them again. Not worth the money

I absolutely love these Thigh Savers. They are incredibly comfortable, don't roll down at the legs or waist, and are almost invisible even under my tightest dresses. I love the comfort of wearing them without underwear. I honestly don't think I could ever go back to regular thigh saver.
CRITICAL SIZING WARNING: Please be cautious with the size guide, as it seems inaccurate. Based on the guide, I would have needed a Small (I wear a size 2 in pants, with 37"-39" hips). The Small was far too tight (I looked like I was cut in two). I strongly recommend using your known size in the brand's underwear; I exchanged for a Medium (my standard Knix underwear size) and it fits absolutely perfectly.
Choose the same size as you would for a underware.

I won't name the brand I'm comparing this to, but it starts with s and ends with x.
These are much more comfortable, easy to put on, yet quite effective. It holds in my tummy and smoothes out the saddle bags. I can wear form fitting outfits with confidence. I'll be purchasing more.
