How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

These are so comfortable but they have a couple major flaws. First the price is prohibitive to being able to get a few to get you through a period. I’ve had mine for a few years and they’re not that durable. The whole side seam opened and most of the trim has come off. They fit really well and are my most comfortable sleep shorts but that price is intense.

Alright, so overall, I still really like these undies but unfortunately I woke up this morning with a bit of a mess. I was worried about this exact issue given the narrowness of the pad lining in relation to the overall width of the gusset but figured it'd be OK because I'd gone the day prior in my other new pair being up, out, and about without any issues. I am honestly surprised that overnight brought the issue out given I was lying down rather than occurring while I had been vertical.
So basically, the pad portion of these pants is sewn in and looks/is shaped much like a bicycle seat: long and pretty narrow anteriorly with a wider seat. It would be a huge design improvement for the absorbent area to expand the entire width of the crotch. I think this would be a must for me to be confident wearing these out on anything but an extremely light day. Any opportunity for a quick "gush" and I think these are out of play as the risk of the pad not being able to grab the liquid and pull it in fast enough before it spills over the side to the non-absorbent fabric would be high.
I want to love these, I really do!! They have everything else going for them.

I was shocked at how comfortable these were when I first put them on. They are incredibly soft, stretchy but fitted at the same time. The pad portion felt a bit bulky and boxy at first, and I was worried that it didn't seem to cover as much area as my other Period pants do, but it seems to be working out fine so far. I also feel like the angle of the cut on the legs has been spectacularly refined. I really like them a lot. I will say, I don't think I'd get a light color or pattern again in the future though as there is a notable difference in sheerness between the pad area and the rest of the pants.

These are my favorite style out of all the ones I’ve tried. I feel the most supported in these. Was skeptical about buying period underwear and fully getting rid of tampons, but I’m so glad I decided to try it. These underwear are great and holds very well. My flow is heavy the first two days and I didn’t have any problems. Highly recommend if you’re questioning!
