How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I have bought these many times and this lot has different elastic. That does not stay up! Ugh!
The original maker had a perfect product. Ever since then, they have really lost quality,primarily in the elastic choices. I do not know how many different ones they've tried, but they need to go back to the original elastic!!!

Since hitting perimenopause my cycle has become very heavy. I had hoped these would serve the overnight pad I use with my super plus tampons but they just do not hold up to the flow. They do not work well for heavy flows.
They are comfortable except when they become saturated. They do roll down too at the top which is annoying when wearing active wear. Not too bad with jeans.
