How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I was looking forward to wearing these unfortunately, the cut in the back on my bottom cuts in a way that is cheeky. It should be cut so that it completely covers my bottom. The way it’s cut it makes it very uncomfortable. On top of that the underwear does not sit flat. It gets open in my bottom area. in addition, I think you need to do more stitching instead of the heat resistant glueing of the inside portion to the underwear. There should be overall stitching, so there is no movement between the inside portion and the underwear portion. I bought quite a few of these and now I’m quite disappointed. also, there are not enough colour choices.

Was so glad to see undies with added leak coverage for overnight. But these make a noise whenever you walk. It's giving a wind suit in the early 90s. I think it's the gusset that's ill-fitting? Also fit significantly more snug than my other higher-absorbency underwear from Knix. My recent purchases feel consistently inconsistent. Bummer.
