How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Oh my gosh, best thigh savers I’ve ever had. They do not bunch or ride up, and it’s the first pair I’ve owned where the thigh band doesn’t dig in too much for my curvier body type. I bought these a while ago but rarely wear them. I pulled them out of my drawer to wear them last week and remembered what I don’t like about them…….the waist falls down . I’m constantly having to pull them up. It’s really bad when you’re walking where they’d end up being on my hips! I did buy large which is what all my knix underwear is, so it’s not that I bought the wrong size. It’s like they need a bit of control top.
On the positive side I love the fabric.
