How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Just purchased them in store in nyc and I work then day 2 night, but with a towel underneath because I was a bit skeptical. And boy was I wrong to be! No leaks at all, and I wore them for a total of 10hrs! Will be buying 2 more pairs today! Obsessed so far! I will say that the sizing is off and you should definitely size down!

I wanted to love these, they look so cute but they run really big. I'm a size small in knix underwear but the boxer is very loose and makes you feel like you're wearing a diaper. The underwear liner in also too wide so it ends up scrunching between my legs and the edges end up absorbing the liquid and got a bit messy. It's better to just wear a pair of period underwear underneath shorts. Very disappointing.
