Great Product
I am a male with a permanent ileostomy and I have mucus output from my remaining anus. My doctor told me to use sanitary products but I am already using so much plastic that I want to limit my use of disposable plastic where I can. These short fill that bill extremely well.

Honestly, these suck
They are very uncomfortable and the material rolls! Not to mention that the pad is too small for bigger bodies. I had a leak from the front of the underwear within 15 minutes of putting them on. I would not be able to wear these without also wearing a tampon or pad, which kind of defeats the purpose. Very disappointing.

Pls Make for Light Flow
I love these shorts, I have a couple pairs now. They work perfectly for my heavy flow nights/days. However, the padding is thick—showing diaper butt with tighter pants on. I would love to be able to wear these with my jeans and fitness clothes. Please make a light and medium flow version without excessive back padding! I will buy several.
