How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

How to wash
Knix underwear is 100% reusable and machine washable, just like your regular undies.
Not required. But for best results, you can rinse your leakproof with cold water in the tub or sink before washing.
Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent.
For their longest life, air drying is best. Hang or lay flat to dry.
Fabric softeners, bleach, ironing, or heat from the dryer.

I really like the extra coverage these shorts provide, especially for sleeping at night. I have a Sleep Number mattress that allows me to sleep at an incline, and the fuller coverage gives me extra peace of mind when I’m on my period. I don’t have to worry as much about shifting positions or potential leaks while I sleep.

These are the only Knix underwear that fit well, but they only come in super leakproof. Can we have light and no leak versions? All the other Knix underwear I've tried have massive legholes and fit so uncomfortable, I'd love to have these in lighter versions.

I love the boy short. Its ability to absorb is wonderful, and I can forget I have it on it’s that comfortable. However it doesn’t cover my back area fully and the bands roll down. I ordered a 4x the shorts fit my legs comfortably but not my waist. In the future, I will be ordering more because my body is changing, but it would be nice if changes are made, maybe more coverage.
