How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.

I am 5'5' & 120 lbs. I ordered the size small bikini super plus leakproof. They are very comfortable. I wear them at bedtime as I have the occasional urinary issue. I have not yet had an issue, so can't comment on their effectiveness

I don't know why I waited so long to try these. I have adenomyosis so my periods are extremely heavy. This by far exceeded my expectations. I'm usually having to change my products every 40 minutes and this underwear lasted hours and hours. The size I purchased didn't quite work and the exchange process was so easy. I highly highly recommend and I will be purchasing more in the future.

I was very skeptical about the comfort and absorption of these panties. They are the first period panties that I’ve ever tried, but I was so sick of not being able to get solid sleep for the heavy nights of my period. I was so impressed! I found them so comfortable! And, this is the first time since going off of birth control that I’ve been able to sleep normally whether I did or did not have my period. I wasn’t worried about leaks, and I didn’t have to stress calculations about hours and when I needed to change what to not leak through. Game changer!
