    These are the BEST leak proof underwear

    Waistband tight and rolls down.

    I wanted to try these after starting my cycle for the first time since giving birth. I'm a little disappointed because they are tight and roll down on my PP belly to my c-section scar, which is still uncomfortable. Maybe I should have tried the cotton ones instead.

    Size up in Moderate due to UltraThin

    As of Nov. 26, 2025 only the Moderate in this style/product is made with UltraThin and for me it fits at least one size smaller than my Heavy pair which isn't made with UltraThin. Exchanged my Moderate pair for one size up and it's still a little tight.
