Most orders will ship from a single warehouse. However, we occasionally ship from a combination of warehouse locations, so you may receive your order in multiple parts. If items from your order ship in separate packages, we’ll send you tracking information for each package when it becomes available.

Finding the perfect bra fit takes time. We're here to make it easier. Bras (including LuxeLift Tanks and Bodysuits) and bra accessories are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Feel free to remove tags and wash and wear to find your fit before deciding.

Please note: NOOD products must be returned brand new in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

    Can't find the right size

    I've been looking at this bra for several years and recently decided to buy it. It was on sale but not clearance. I have many knix items, including different styles of bras. Despite using the size chart, I ended up with the wrong size (cup size too big). I exchanged it once and the cup size is still too big. Now it is not eligible for another exchange because I've already switched it once. Feeling frustrated and disappointed in my purchase.

    So disappointed

    I am so dissatisfied with this product , I specifically drove 2 hours to a store to get fitted to avoid ordering incorrectly online . The bra cuts into your sides leaving deep red marks and the lace flips up and is itchy ! So expensive for what it is !!

    Pretty good for a strapless

    This bra stays up & gives nice shape. I ordered based on size chart for this bra (not your typical Knix size) and it fit well but the band is a tad tight, although maybe that’s why it stays up well.

    I love the bra just make sure you size up a bit. I am going to have to remove the lace trim on the straps. It’s way too stiff and scratchy.

    Little uncomfortable

    Good in size but I feel it’s not true to size, the cups are little smaller than it shows in picture which cover almost all area. But when wore with straps it’s perfect but without it, it’s quite uncomfortable. And it’s really expensive but it’s just the cup size that’s making it uncomfortable. Tried smaller size but then cups are small so doesnot look good. But all others I have is best❤️

    Fits fine around. I can not wear with the straps provided. They are way too rough and irritate the skin with the lace.

    Wasn't for me!

    I honestly LOVE Knix bras - every time I visit Toronto, I purchase a couple. I have been eyeing the strapless one for a while now but it was much more expensive online so I waited to buy it in store. It was very disappointing when I got it home and wore it. Uncomfortable, not supportive and very thin....not the quality of some of the $60 bras I have from Knix.

    Excellent strapless bra

    I purchased the black in 30F. It fit perfectly. I wore it with a strapless dress for a day and everything stayed in place. I am very happy with this bra and will be buying the skin coloured one.
