How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

It does not hold super heavy periods or bladder incontinence. For reference, on my heavy days, I go through three menstrual cups (Size 2 Diva Cup). However, it does hold minor bladder incontinence well. The only downside is that the back is thick, which makes it at times uncomfortable and not very breathable.

The material of the underwear seems durable and high quality, and they are actually pretty absorbent, hence the two stars. But the absorbent section is stiff and bulky-feeling even after multiple washes, and the cut of the legs and butt is do bad that they keep moving around and riding up. This causes the pad to move out of place, particularly while moving around or sleeping, which has led to a lot of leaks. And before you blame me for not having the right size, let me tell you the underwear fit perfectly around my waist and butt, so any smaller would be uncomfortable and any larger would obviously be too loose. So unless you like to sit perfectly still all day, expect to have a few ruined pairs of pants with these underwear.
