How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.

Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.

I love a good pair of highwaisted underwear. I was so excited about these, but unfortunately, they miss the mark. They roll down every time I move, and give the WORST wedgie ever. If I wanted my underwear to be up my bum, I'd wear a thong...and the highwaisted thong isn't any better. I have no idea why Knix refused to make more cotton underwear. The ones they do have are all leakproof in varying degress of absorbancy, and I hate it. I personally don't want to feel like I'm wearing a diaper. Please bring out underswear in more natural fibres, and more in essential instead of leakproof!
