How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I wore these brand new on day 1 of my period. I should’ve tested them. I mostly sit at work and so I was asking a lot of the area right under me. Well it did not hold up. After 3 hours I stood up and could tell the underwear had leaked. Not a total catastrophe, but enough to stain the pants I was wearing. Maybe these will be best for light days.

Super comfortable and worked good for daytime. These did not work for me personally because I am a stomach sleeper and I the padding in the front would not be sufficient for heavier overnight flows. I literally put my pads way higher in the front for sleeping.
When I reached out to customer service about the return, they were so helpful and kind. Even though I have only worn 2 of the 7 pair, I had opened all 7. Because of this, they reimbursed me without needing to return and said I was free to pass them along to someone else to try. I thought that was very generous and made it easier on me. Try them today without fear of a customer service fight.

I’m disappointed because the absorbency is great, but the design leaves a lot to be desired. Due to the absorbent part not going from waistband to waistband, I get bunching/bulging in the back while the front gets pulled down after an hour or two of wear. I have to constantly readjust by pulling the underwear from the front. I’ll only be using these for nighttime from now on.
