How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Poor coverage across the bum. Feels like I'm getting a wedgie. I have purchased several other styles over the years and have been very happy and although I like the high protection in the front and back in this particular style, it's not a tight fit around the top of the leg and skimpy across the bum.

The Super Plus absorbency is excellent, and the front to back liner is a nice feature. It does make the underwear bulkier and heavier, though, so it gradually slides down. The fit is also quite different from the Moderate absorbency pair, even though they’re shown on the same page with the same size chart. In my photo, I’ve layered the two pairs (same size, same purchase date), and the Super Plus is clearly about an inch wider on each side and an inch shorter. Nowhere on the site is there any information about how high 'high rise' actually is, since both styles say they sit at your natural waist, and the coverage description isn’t enough to figure it out that the Super Plus sits lower.
I have an apron belly and a flat butt, so I need a snug, high-rise fit. Because these aren’t as snug, the sides start leaking a little after a long day. To be fair, that’s very mild compared to how extreme my flow is. If you've always told yourself that you bleed more than the norm, I'm confirming these are for you, because that's my case too.
However, all four of my new pairs are already slipping down under my belly during the night, after just two cycles. If you have a similar body shape, I’d recommend sizing down for a snugger fit. I’ve owned a few pairs from this brand before and they lasted 2 to 3 years, so I’m disappointed that these are already slipping so soon, especially at this price.

Product is definitely heavy duty.
But $44 is pretty steep for a pair of underwear so I will research other brands.
