Wearing an unpadded bra, wrap a measuring tape around the top of your ribcage. You’re looking for a snug fit - so we recommend tightening on the exhale and noting the smallest measurement to the decimal.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the measuring tape is paralell to the floor. Relax your shoulders and measure where it falls.

I ordered two of these and was very pleased with the fit and comfort. However, the hooks pulled out of the fabric on the first wearing and the third wearing respectively. I had not seen the earlier reviews citing this as a problem. Knix did process a defective product return but I'm frustrated that they are continuing to ship defective product. I have been a customer for a number of years and have been please with product quality in the past.

I was excited to try this bra, as I am only able to get good comfortable support from the Knix Catalyst bra. I thought it would be so nice to have an alternative (especially because Knix is very often sold out of their Catalyst bra in my size (L++). At the end of the day when I wore this, my back hurt quite badly. I know that Knix bras often need a breaking in period, so I continued to switch back and forth between the Busty and the Catalyst. After a month of trying to wear the Busty, I had back pain every time I wore it all day. This one is unfortunately a big no for me.

this would be the best bra without underwire with one flaw, and its a big one. The pads are not sewn in. They move around. I tried removing the pads but it did not look good under lightweight summer fabrics. I would like to return it. Is this possible?
