How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

The material is thicker because of the cotton, but I have to say that they are super comfy and I felt protected. Got 3 different styles, all the same color. Love them.

I got the overnight cotton sleep shorts, the color is yuck but the comfort is spot on! A new favorite. The other cotton one has been tossed into my mix no issues, no standout to it. Then I got these ridiculously high waisted ones, no thank you! They are so so high waisted inches longer than other brands high waisted ones. Where it sits isn’t comfortable. I will only wear them at home.

I received two pairs of black high-rise and one black bikini--this isn't really an "assortment." Because the description was "medium absorbancy" I expected a thinner panty. The high-rise are pretty much "granny panties" so I wouldn't chose those again.
