How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Too much material in the front, too little in the back. Created weird gap in the back under the bum and really tight on the front. Meant that, if I sat down, the legs rode right up like a regular bikini bottom. Returning, unfortunately.
The effectiveness and ease of use ratings I just put as 3 because I didn't use them but it won't let me submit this review without selecting something.

These are not designed well and look nothing like the pictures. There is a lining that is thick and black with mesh under the shorts, which is very visible. It makes it look like you have underwear on. Does not look good at all! Very disappointed.
