Wearing an unpadded bra, wrap a measuring tape around the top of your ribcage. You’re looking for a snug fit - so we recommend tightening on the exhale and noting the smallest measurement to the decimal.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the measuring tape is paralell to the floor. Relax your shoulders and measure where it falls.

I've been dealing with really bad breast pain up to 2 weeks prior to my period and I had no idea how to deal with it. I've been advised to wear a well fitted bra to help with support and therefore the pain, but I'm not a bra person even though I'm a DD cup. So I wasn't too excited about getting one, except this one does an amazing job of disappearing from your consciousness.
I was specifically looking for a bra to wear day or night, and this one really does the job even while sleeping, I don't even notice it.

Wouldn't recommend if you have over a c-cup. I took the padding out because I hate padding, but without it there's no support and your boobs just look squashed and blobby.
