How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.

I've tried one other brand of period underwear, and I really prefer these and think they work so much better. I love the stretchy, super smooth material, and how you can barely see any lines underneath clothes. Compared to the other brand I've tried, these underwear also seem to control odor much better so I don't feel gross and stinky while using them, and I also think they help me feel more comfortably dry, especially when initially putting them back on after using the restroom. For me and my flow, they've been truly leak-proof and I've been able to wear one pair the entire day, from morning to just before bed. I very much appreciate Knix for these and I am definitely buying more!

I have been wearing these for several years and loved the excellent fit with full bum coverage, no riding up, and comfortable absorbency. The new version is no longer like a boyshort, more like a bikini in terms of rear coverage. And so they ride up. Also, the gusset material is now very stiff and thick - much less comfortable. I have no idea why knix decided to mess with a good thing. I've tried the boy brief instead, as suggested by customer service, but that version is only available in Ultra leakproof, which is like wearing a diaper with massive padding. Such a bummer.

As a senior citizen I bought these because my bladder has chosen to lessen the time to get to the bathroom. Sometimes it can be a mad dash, with a little leakage. It was the best choice I have made in a long time. I am no longer in panic mode. No wet spot on my pants. And most importantly I am not wearing soggy underpants when I am out and about. They are very comfortable and hand wash nicely.

I love my Knix. Even after I had my daughter and started worrying about bladder leaks, these have been my go to. They fit perfectly, they’re comfortable, and they’re just like regular underwear. I can wash them like normal, and they dry pretty quickly when I lay them flat. I’ve tried the other cuts like hi-rise or bikini, and nothing really compares to the boyshort in comfort and coverage. I’ll never have to worry when I wear my Knix.
