Orders outside Canada or the U.S. may be charged customs or import fees by your local government. These aren’t covered by Knix, so check with your local customs office if you’re unsure, no one likes surprise fees.

We start packing your order right away, so we can’t promise address changes. If you spot an error, email support@knix.com ASAP, we’ll jump in if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Once an order’s submitted, we can’t make edits or swaps. You can place a new order for what you need and email support@knix.com to see if we can cancel the first one before it ships.

Most items can be returned within 30 days as long as they’re unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Our Wash & Wear Guarantee lets you try your first bra, underwear, or swim item risk-free. Start your return through our Return Portal or email support@knix.com for help.

If your tracking says delivered but there’s no package, give it 48 hours, carriers sometimes jump the gun. Still missing? Email support@knix.com and we’ll help track it down or make it right.
