    A gift card is not the same as a credit card refund!

    I purchased over $300 worth of clothing as Christmas gifts for my granddaughters. I was disapppointed in all but one piece . When I returned the items I was offered a store credit. I am 77 years old and not the demographic interested in Knix. I have asked for a refund from the beginning but have had to deal with their ‘AI’ customer service which is worse than useless.

    I will give this one more try before taking escalating this. If Knix does not offer on-line refunds they will soon learn that customers like me will not be returning.

    My daughter loves the modal joggers.

    I bought the modal jogger for my daughter for a Xmas present. I do every year as she loves them.
