How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.

Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.

Not quite what I expected. Though I did find the shapewear tightening and comfortable, I was disappointed by the lack of absorbency in the crotch. Also, the meshed lining around my private area caused some itchies at times too. Mostly I did not find hte waist band stayed up on me so if often folded over. After a handful of wears with proper care, the seam in the back split and I developed a hole.

I like those shapewear. I did not size down.
When I received them they were very very very tight but after a few wear they are better fit. I usually wear 18-20 size pants and I bought XXL.
I dont give 5 stars because they roll down a little and they are too short on the torso to be able to "lock" them under my bra.

I am 148lbs, 5'3. I ordered a medium. It was a struggle to put them on. So far I have only tried them on with clothing. It does give the desired effect. The next test will be to wear it out and see how comfortable it is. I'm thinking that perhaps I should have ordered the large. They were very difficult to remove.
