How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I bought these a while ago but rarely wear them. I pulled them out of my drawer to wear them last week and remembered what I don’t like about them…….the waist falls down . I’m constantly having to pull them up. It’s really bad when you’re walking where they’d end up being on my hips! I did buy large which is what all my knix underwear is, so it’s not that I bought the wrong size. It’s like they need a bit of control top.
On the positive side I love the fabric.

The seam sits in the front of the leg instead of in the inseam resulting in rubbing. The seam is hard and scratchy and quite uncomfortable if there is any lovement

On the one hand, I find these incredibly comfortable. The legs sometimes ride up to the inside of my thighs, however, its movable and still comfortable even when that happens. Though notably, I don't find it stays to protect my thighs as much as the name claims. Nonetheless, I typically wear these under my dresses for the comfort of knowing people will not see my butt. I do strongly hope the crotch changes. I do not find these do anything for absorbency and after hot sweaty nights, can pose for discomfort, irritation, smelliness, and yeast infections. Additionally, after only a few wears, the lining of the crotch began to seperate. Seems to be a problem across all the underwear products, so be ware!
