How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I have ordered many knix products in the past, including body suits (shaper bodysuit series), swim tops, etc. I ordered this bodysuit in the same size and the fit was so uncomfortable and wrong. I was surprised because Knix sizing has always been pretty consistent, but I was unpleasantly surprised by this piece. I am not even sure if sizing up would help. I felt like pastry in a tube that was about to pop.

I really like the dark pink bodysuit. I wore it out as a top and no one knew I had a bodysuit on. But, the torso is too long. I'm 5'4 and 135 lbs, wearing a size 4 pant. And I had to jump into the medium to get it over my thighs. But, the fabric bunches around my crotch bc it's too long for me. With high-waisted pants, the bunching is barely visible, but not ideal. An option for shorter ladies would be better. I do also like the crotch clasp to open/close to go pee. It's super easy to open and close.

Highly disappointed with this shapewear as I love the Knix brand and always thought the fabric was so comfortable and flattering. There is no give to this shapewear. I tried multiple sizes that are my true size and I could barely get it over my thighs. It’s soft fabric with good support, but very little stretch in the rib region which made it impossible to get on. Was really looking forward to using the custom shapewear for a low back bridesmaid dress, but apparently I’d need to seriously size up for this to work.

I bought a size M+ because these are my exact dimensions. I am so incredibly disappointed with this garment because I can't even get it on. I tried stepping into it and putting it on over my head and there's so little give that I can't get it over my chest or hips... The sizing discrepancy of this garment is bringing up all kinds of old body shaming thoughts. And now with their return policy, I get a store credit and have to find a new home for it. What a waste.

The compression is good but the bust liner inserts don't sit well within the cup due to the high level of compression right under the bust line. I usually have no issues with Knix fit but this one was a little off. Maybe could do with a less compression directly under the bust line.
