How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Do not fit like other high rise. They are smaller and lower rise and now I've wasted money as I bought two pairs that are uncomfortable and don't fit nicely.

These are awesome! So comfortable and can’t even tell you have them on even though the liner goes high up the back and front, which I like. These were the only ones I found that the liner was that big. But these are so body conscious and fitting, in a good way that you cannot detect a thing. Also holds a lot. I e only had 1 accident in my sleep and I was amazed. Get these now!!

I bought these because online. It said that the gusset was front to back coverage. It's NOT so when you sleep, if you're a stomach sleeper, it just all runs to the front and you leak everywhere. Or vice, versa, if you're a back sleeper. These also don't cover your bottom so they ride up all the time which is extremely uncomfortable. It's like there's no elastic around the legs. I bought 3 pair and I'm really disappointed that they have no return policy.
Would not recommend.
