Our Biggest Sale of the Year will begin on November 20, 2024 for early access members and November 21, 2024 for the general public. The sale will run until December 2, 2024 at 11:59PM PST. Because of limited selection, discounted prices will only be valid throughout the duration of the Biggest Sale of the Year, while quantities last.

What is your Sale Return Policy? (Knix)
For items with a 20% or more discount, you may exchange for another item or return for store credit. No refunds can be accommodated.

Items marked as “Flash Sale” or “Clearance” are final sale, meaning no returns, exchanges or refunds can be accommodated. No exceptions.

What is your Holiday Return Policy? 
Eligible items purchased online or in stores between November 1, 2024 and December 24, 2024, may be returned through January 24, 2025. All other purchases would fall under our 30 day Returns Policy.

Will items be restocked throughout the sale?
No, items that sell out during the sale will not be restocked. Be sure to grab what you want before it’s gone since quantities are limited!

When I add an item to my online cart, is it put on hold for me?
No, items are not reserved for you until your payment is processed and your confirmation number is received. We recommend shopping early (and having your sizing ready) in order to avoid disappointment.

What payment method options are available?
You’re able to use a variety of payments, including credit card, Knix gift cards, PayPal, AfterPay (USA), Sezzle (CAN) and accelerated checkout options.

Can I redeem rewards points or referral codes on my sale purchase? 
Yes, you can redeem loyalty points or a referral code on knix.com and knix.ca purchases.

Can I collect rewards points on my sale purchase? 
Yes, purchases on knix.com and knix.ca are eligible to earn loyalty points.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any address or order changes. If you would like to change your order, please use the “chat” feature on our website or email info@knix.com as soon as possible.
