Wearing an unpadded bra, wrap a measuring tape around the top of your ribcage. You’re looking for a snug fit - so we recommend tightening on the exhale and noting the smallest measurement to the decimal.
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the measuring tape is paralell to the floor. Relax your shoulders and measure where it falls.

I've gotten a LOT of knix stuff in the past and used until quite recently to recommend Knix to friends and family =BUT this is the second time I've ordered something and the sizing was crazy off. I'm normally a S+ and I wear that S+ bra (32 DD when not speaking Knix specific sizing) a lot still, but this time I just had a feeling and went for M+ this time because I am between sizes. When I couldn't get into the damn thing I thought I"d ordered too small a size, but not it's an M+ but just a LOT smaller than the S+ I got in two other Knix styles.
VERY Frustrating. ....

My first Knix bras. I read about them, read reviews and anticipated a comfortable product in my senior years. I find the band quite tight and it moves up after a few hours of wearing under my breasts, leaving them hanging and uncomfortable. I will not buy again.
