How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I’ve tried many brands over the years and always unhappy with the fit. These really work for me and I wouldn’t have even tried them if I didn’t live near a store and was able to test them out. I thought I wanted more cotton based period undies but turns out the comfort of these is beyond perfect and that is more important.

The fit is amazing. I love how snug it is and the coverage is fantastic. It also sits higher than the Super Plus, which makes a real difference if you have an apron belly.
However, I don’t agree with the stated absorbency of 2 to 4 super tampons. It overflows after 3 to 4 hours. My flow is very centered in the middle and doesn’t spread across the whole liner, which is probably why it doesn’t absorb as much as I’d like.
That said, it’s a really good product if your flow is moderate to heavy and you plan to change during the day (some people don’t tolerate the feeling of wet underwear, and that’s okay!). My flow is far above the norm, so for me it’s more of a few-hours pair than an all-day one. If you’re looking for a pair to wear all day, I wear the Super Plus, though I’ll just warn you that the ‘comfort-first fit’ sits lower.
For plus size women, I suggest the high rise silhouette instead of the ‘comfort-first fit’. Making larger products for bigger women is not enough, our bodies and needs are different. What matters most is consistency in the height and the waist measurements. The fit of the moderate one happens to work perfectly for me, but there’s no way to know the height before buying. The site needs to list both the front and back panel measurements, so we can compare with our regular underwear. I would love a Heavy version of this exact same model, with the same height and coverage. No single pair does it all, but that’s exactly why you build a rotation.
