But should you wear a sports bra every day? The answer is that it’s a personal choice. Some women go entirely braless, some blur the lines, and some observe strict distinctions between everyday, sports and “special” lingerie. Your cup size, comfort, confidence will all inform your decision.
Absolutely! No matter what item you’re shopping for, our Virtual Fittings will help. And they’re easy… For these sessions you’ll need either a soft measuring tape or a ribbon/string and a tape measure. If you’re shopping for a sports bra, we also suggest you wear a bra with no padding or light padding and a fitted t-shirt for the most accurate measurement.
Washing your sports bra is easy. For best results, machine wash on cold with mild detergent in a wash bag, and lay flat to dry. Always check the wash instructions on your specific bra though.

The catalyst was always my favorite bra in terms of fit and comfort, however, the bra straps always came undone. Looks like they fixed that problem. I ordered two after a 4 year hiatus (because of the straps) and I LOVE them once again.
