How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

This one isn’t my favourite shaper, but it definitely has some strengths.
On the plus side, the fabric is soft and comfortable, and it hugs the lower glutes nicely without feeling restrictive or slipping. It also launders really well — holds its shape and stays smooth after washing.
Where it fell short for me was the top band. It tended to roll down, which kind of defeats the purpose of a high-rise shaper. I also would have loved a stronger support panel in the front — something with a bit more hold to really smooth and pull the tummy in.
Overall, comfortable and well-made, but I personally need a little more structure and staying power from a shaper.

I bought the right size according to measurements but the briefs are actually painful to pull up. Once in place they feel comfortable, but there is a roll at the top. I bought a large but I guess I should have stuck with the extra large, even though I weight 20 pounds less than I did when I bought the extra large size

I exchanged size from xl to xxl and still very difficult to pull up. I wish there was a little give to make it easier to get over your hips. Once they are finally on they are comfortable.

I bought the size according to my measurements and found the product a little too long in the waist area. I am rather short waisted so I don’t consider this to be a fault of the product, but maybe Knix could look at petite sizing for items like this.
Otherwise, this item does the job. Keeps all the bits tucked in and looking smooth.
