How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Love the product. I never tried the product before today. I had a long 12 hour. I stopped at rest areas to be sure I wasnt leaking. My my surprise I wasnt. The undies feel comfortable, it doesnt feel like a dipper. This is the type of innovation women need. I will be ordering more today.

I’ve been using Knix for a couple years and sometimes needed more protection. I’ve also added some unwanted pounds, so I remeasures and ordered these “ultimate” briefs in a larger size. When they arrived I quickly unpacked them and threw them into the washing machine. (I was taught long ago never to wear anything without first laundering it.) I didn’t notice that the design did not provide a thicker absorbent layer (as I had supposed) but a much larger one that reached clear up to the waistband in back! That might be helpful for someone bedridden, but I find it uncomfortable, as well as useless. The leg openings are cut way high (also uncomfortable), and the waistband falls well below my waist. I’d return them if I could, but of course that’s not allowed; nor can I donate them, of course. I might as well flushed my money down rhe drain. Buyer, beware!
