How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

There is no support on the sides of the underwear. If you use it as your primary support during your period, you may end blood on your pants or whatever bottom you are wearing.

I was so ecstatic to learn that Knix was coming out with these underwear. When new- they are amazing and i have never had any issues with them. The problem comes after washing them and repeated use, they are quick to fall apart and become useless. Out of my last batch 6 months ago- only 2/8 have lasted. While i will continue to use them because the benefit outweighs the cons. That being said- for those on a small budget- the cost of continual replacements could become expensive.

I've worn these solo, with a pad, for sleep, for exercise, for security the day before my period's scheduled start... I can't remember the last time I felt so protected and worry-free. And they're comfortable! For fellow 51-inch waist girlies, XXL is just right. You'll think it's going to be snug, but after a single wash and wear they fit like all underwear ought to. And the absorbency/coverage is exactly what a heavy bleeder like me needs for peace of mind through the day or night. I will say, because I'm a REALLY heavy bleeder during the day, pairing with a pad for the first few hours or so seems to be the best way to avoid overwhelming the absorbent layer before the day is done. Will definitely recommend to my heavy-flow friends.
