How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

If you find the gusset too short in the front, wear them BACKWARDS! They fit exactly the same bc of the material stretch and you have the largest part of the gusset at the front. I almost gave all my new pairs away. Try it!

I've ordered these from Knix before and love the comfort and patterns. I will say that after a few years of putting them through the wash, the adhesive that binds the sides wears off and they need to be replaced. But I still prefer it and find it more environmentally friendly than disposable pads and tampons. I wear mine with a menstrual cup and feel protected from leaks and comfortable all day.

I was using this for months as a backup to my fairly heavy period (on my heaviest days, I go through 1 super tampon in about 1.5-2 hours), and had no issues with it. It was nice especially with my medium and light days. But I was reading some of the product details more recently and I figured I should try wearing just the underwear in a heavier day, as my period is heavy but it’s not, like, HORRIBLY heavy. But about 2-3 hours in I had already leaked through the underwear onto the crotch seam of my pants, and the bottom of the gusset itself was moist. Yet it says it’s supposed to hold 5 super tampons worth, and like I said, I don’t bleed *that* much. So it works well enough as backup but I would’ve liked to know that it’s more of a backup than an actual period underwear for heavier gorls
But it is pretty comfortable. It does roll up a bit for me but every short does lolz
