How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I had high hopes (probably my own fault) for these underwear. I've been trying to find a replacement for my 3 year old Anti by Proof underwear. Seems they are no longer in business. I've been struggling with urine leaks for a few years now, and my Anti underwear contained it all without any noticeable odor. These do not. I decided to try going without a pad to see if I could wear them on their own. No leak through, but OH BOY did they SMELL! Can't do these. There is ZERO odor protection. I don't expect there to be NO odor, but this didn't even try. Guess I bought the wrong product. These are DEFINITELY FOR PERIODS ONLY! But, back when I was still having periods, there WAS a smell. I wouldn't recommend these to ANYONE unless they were wearing and changing frequently a super tampon. And ONLY as an emergency back up. You know, for a special event where you cannot afford to have an accident. But for ladies who want to be confident if they leak a little when they sneeze or cough, keep looking. The fit was good, that's why I gave them one star.

I have bought these many times and this lot has different elastic. That does not stay up! Ugh!
The original maker had a perfect product. Ever since then, they have really lost quality,primarily in the elastic choices. I do not know how many different ones they've tried, but they need to go back to the original elastic!!!
