How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

The new and improved version with the extended 2" gusset is a game changer. I purchased Knix years ago for my bladder leaks but was just not completely satisfied with them because I felt the gusset area was too short in the front for my body. I would have accidents half on and half off the gusset. When I saw you made a 2" extension of the gusset I wanted to give them a try. And I am so happy I did. The high cut is super comfortable. I also love the feel of the material. So smooth and silky.
I wear a lot of yoga pants. The Knix don't show through. What's not to like?
The only thing I'm upset about is that I didn't find them sooner!
