How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Love this brand, very comfortable, no issues with lying down and feeling seems. I forget I'm wearing them. They will fall apart tho if you wash them in hot water too much. (The adhesive melts)

I love the knix products. I decided to try the no-show thong as I have a light flow. But the protection layer is not long and wide enough, which means I bleed through the thong. As a reference, I also have the light leakproof no-show bikini and the protection perfect. So I will be using the thong more as a panty liner.
The band of the thong is also tighter than the bikini.

I've had a few pairs of the briefs style underwear and absolutely love them, so I decided to buy the thong version. I ordered the same size, and they fit much smaller and lower than the other pairs I have. I would recommend sizing up if you want a higher rise and a more seamless fit!

I bought these because I’m a sweaty person. I don’t wear them for leakproof periods. However, they work exactly as I had hoped. I love them, and I have quickly replaced all of my thongs with these!
For reference, I’m 5’5” and 140#. I order size XL because I hate when my underwear is even the slightest bit tight. I could definitely do size large, or maybe even size medium, but I prefer a roomier version.
