How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

Please don’t quit these all together! I bought mine 2 years ago and am still wearing them. I came back to your site to buy more and they are sold out! I was so VERY disappointed! They are the BEST thigh savers I’ve found so far and I’ve tried a couple brands! I love that they are made mostly of modal! That is one of my problems, I have to use cotton or modal and it’s not easy to find nice ones so I hoped I didn’t have to look any farther once I found these!

I adore these shorts but unfortunately they rip really really easily. I was pulling them on and they ripped where I was grasping the fabric. After that I have been really careful taking them on and off and it has worked for a couple years; however, recently they have torn two more times. I will replace them when they go on sale because I love them so much, but buyer beware these are delicate underwear when gripping/pulling - normal wear they seem to be completely fine.

I love these and could live in them. I’m 5’ and curvy and wear these for running and under things and to sleep in especially on really hot nights. They are lightweight and don’t ride up. I am just waiting for black medium to come back in stock to order a second pair. The waist is very comfortable and they hold up well as I’ve had mine for years. I would love them in nude. these thigh savers are a dream.

The modal fabric is fantastic and by far the most comfortable of Thigh saver fabrics. However, the material used for the waistband is beyond terrible. Uncomfortable, disintegrates in the wash machine.... Ugh.
If these had a waistband made from the same fabric and were 8-10" inseam instead of 6" they would be the perfect sleep shorts.
