How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I've been wearing Knix for years. They no longer make the cheeky style so I tried these. These are more for sleeping. Although they fit okay the but was too big and they are not made for someone without one, so they are saggy. They definitely changed the cotton and the elastic is not seamless or smooth. The lining is not connected on the sides, just the front and back. I asked and was told that is the new design. So that is disappointing because they didn't wash well. Very much a step down.

I am mostly happy with my new Light Leakproof UltraThin No-Show Thongs; however, I am Autistic, and thus I am sensitive to certain stimuli. I only purchase tagless clothing because my skin is easily irritated (sensory) by tags and seams. I had been happy with my previous knix purchases because the underwear is tagless, so I was unhappy to find tags in the thong underwear. I understand there isn’t much fabric to print information on; however, I feel that including a card with the size and washing instructions in each package would be sufficient, rather than irritating tags in the underwear. I appreciate your consideration.

I’ve ordered the same kind for years but my recent purchase is terrible quality. The internal liner is rippled and poorly sewn in which causes them to bunch up in the front which shows thru my leggings. Very inconsistent quality the last several years & disappointing.
