Size and Fit Guide
How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

What our customers are saying

Customers say these underwear are incredibly comfortable and feel like wearing nothing at all. Many appreciate the soft, butter-like fabric and no-show design that works well under tight clothing without visible panty lines. Users find them effective for light protection during periods, spotting, or minor bladder leaks, with many praising the confidence they provide for daily wear. Common feedback includes that they run small, with several reviewers recommending sizing up for better fit. Some mention the absorbent area could extend higher in the front for better coverage. While most love the comfort and functionality, a few note issues with side leakage or fabric breathability.

I haven’t gotten a chance to use them yet but can already tell they’re better quality than other brands. Will update after use.

Even wearing cotton underwear, I never felt dry. I bought a pack of these to just try them out. Now I am getting a few more packs

This style is super low cut, and just not the fit I was looking for. If this wasn't a last call item I would have returned
TDTerry D.Verified BuyerReviewingLight Leakproof No-Show Bikini - Last Call - Rated 5 out of 5 stars1 week agoI never go a day without my Knix!
As with every pair of Knix I own, these are so comfortable and keep me feeling protected all day from light bladder leaks. They have enough stretch to still be comfy on the days I feel bloated, and making me feel safe if I start to spot before my period is expected to arrive.
AMAshley M.Verified BuyerReviewingLight Leakproof No-Show Bikini* - Rated 5 out of 5 stars1 week agoAwesome undies
I received my first pair as a gift on a promotion outside in the byward market. Fell in love with them and just recently ordered more on the online shopping. Got them within 3 days n they are excellent. They are excellent for small leakages. I stay dry n not having to run for the bathroom.

I love Knix underwear especially since my lady parts have become super sensitive to Kotex pads just a life saver.
PQPaul Q.Verified BuyerReviewingLight Leakproof No-Show Bikini* - Rated 4 out of 5 stars2 weeks agoRuns small
These are exactly what I needed for minor leaks. However, they do run small, so buy a size up.
