It is very good from a leakproof standpoint - helpful for very sweaty workouts and 107 degree days we now get in Oregon.

However, the pants themselves don’t fit very well. I get a muffin top (which I don’t get from the underwear that I normally wear).

I then tried the high rise but those came up way too high and then they started to fall off while I was walking through a store.

They weren’t very flattering and tended to fall down. I will definitely use them for exercising and hot days, but was a bit disappointed given the prices.

I’ve been wearing period underwear from The Period Company for years, but I was due for new pairs. However, I dreaded shopping for ones. I have trouble finding clothes in general (I’m 4’11” and roughly 105 pounds). Knix made it easy! I purchased their XS in light and moderate just to try, but they were a little too tight. The exchange process was literally the click of a button, no major hoops to jump through. The S was a bit snug at first, but it molded to my body as I wore it. By the end of the day they were easily the comfiest pair of period underwear I’ve ever owned. I use a disc + period underwear as backup on my heaviest days, so I initially used the light on my first day and the moderates for backup the next couple days. The light coverage was a bit too light, so I’ll have to rethink exactly what I need for what stage of my cycle. But no worries—they were comfortable enough I knew I wanted to stick with Knix, so I just ordered the next absorbency level. Clean up was a cinch as well—I just squeezed out the gusset under cool water, put a little enzymatic cleaner on it, and threw it in with the wash, then allowed it to air dry.

Expensive and you need to pay for delivery too.

Is the product worth it? Definitely no! Not leakproof.

Buy something local that works as well but doesn’t spend so much on advertising. Thumbs down!

These underwear are so comfortable and so smooth! They fit great, and I always feel confident and don't have to worry about any stains or leaks of any kind!

I love my Knix period panties so much. I'm 5'3", 140 lbs, and I started off with the medium. They were snug but comfortable, and I've learned over time that they stretch as thwy relax. I now start off with smalls and let them relax to a comfy size.
