This bra is awful!!! Im sorry to say. I’m 32ddd/34dd and i tried XS++, S+, and M+ and there isn’t really a measurable cup size difference between any of them!! also, the top of the strap where the padding meets the elastic is really painful on my shoulder. Between the uncomfortable straps, the very small cups, and the bras being non-returnable, I’m sad to say these are going to the bin! Waste of money. Probably will not order from Knix again, especially sale items.

Again, I measure myself and using the sizing guide and regardless my bra always do not fit comfortably. They are tight and always did into my skin even after wear multiple times.

After returning 3 other brands while looking for a medium impact sports bra , I finally found this knix bra. I was skeptical that such a wide range of sizes could be acomodated by one bra - I am a 36 C and purchased the Large in Olive. The many options for adjusting the band and straps makes this bra unique. Also, while the construction could be better, the quality of this bra is superior to other well-known brands that were twice the price. I can't wait to try some of the other knix styles.

I have only worn / washed this bra three times and most Knix bras become more comfortable as you wash and wear; however, I can really feel the seems on the straps imprinting into my shoulders as well as the straps. I have noticed as I get older and my skin less firm, I am more sensitive to this. Probably fine for younger and smaller cup size (c cup or less). Does offer a decent amount of support. I prefer my catalyst sports bra as I like the material better on that bra and the smooth seems and wider shoulder straps.
