Refund policy

 

Sale and Last Call

For sale items with a 20% or more discount or items purchased from our Last Call section, you may exchange for another item or store credit. All items purchased as part of the Knix Warehouse sale are final sale, meaning that no returns, exchanges or refunds can be accommodated.

 

Bras, Tops, Underwear, Shapewear, Masks, Reusable Pads, and Leakproof Nursing Pads

All Knix Bras, Tops (including Bodysuits), Shapewear, Masks, and Pads are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We want to make sure you can give your new Knix products time to mold to your shape and get comfortable. Do what you want to do in them, and wash them as much as you like. If you find the fit still isn’t right, message us to get a personal fit consultation before returning for the right size.

 

Underwear

We understand that underwear is a tricky business. You may exchange for another size, style, or store credit. We’re unable to provide refunds on underwear. If you ordered multiple pairs of underwear, we kindly ask that you open, wash, and wear one pair only.

 

Swim

Eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery and with the original sanitary strip and tags attached.

 

Clothing

Clothing items include Leggings, Sweats, T-Shirts, Socks, and Sleepwear. These items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. However, these items need to be unworn with the tags still attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

 

Other

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange
