How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.

Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

I recently replaced my leakproof underwear with heavy Super Leakproof No-Show bikini underwear. Im very disappointed with the new underwear I received. I was under the impression that I was buying the same underwear I bought a couple of years ago. Upon wearing the first new pair, the extra inches of gusset in the back is incredibly irritating and ended up halfway up my butt cheeks and is visible through my pants. I’m so incredibly disappointed, especially since the price of these underwear aren’t cheap. I can’t stand the feel of these new undies’ gusset riding so high and can’t see myself wearing those for a whole week every month. I bought 6 new pairs of the same size and just want my old ones back. If only the extra gusset length was optional.

These do not work. Leaked within the first few hours. I saw all the negative reviews and should have not made the purchase. And to ask for a refund, they want me to jump thru hoops first. I am unhappy with the product and instead I have to do all these other actions first. I’m not impressed with this product and such a shame because I liked the idea of using these.
