How to Measure
In order to select the correct sizing, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug and level, but not tight. The number where it meets is your waist measurement.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. The number where it meets is your hip measurement.

This was my first time trying the Lace and I was excited I ordered a few colors. I have other leak proof panties with other brands. I went by the size chart and ordered an XL. I wear a 14-16 in pants. However these run small and I didn't know the sale was final and I was unable to exchange. I will go a size up next time.

I love the lace design and the way it fits. These are comfortable and it's easy to forget you are wearing them. The leakproof element is an added bonus.
I was using light pads as a "just in case" for bladder leaks. They were bulky (even the thin ones) and uncomfortable. And, wouldn't you know it, when I wouldn't wear them and I sneezed or laughed too hard, well...ooops. :(
